Journaling & Relaxation With Theresa

Join Theresa for a relaxing afternoon Wednesdays from 3:00-4:30 for journaling and relaxation. You will learn interactive journaling styles using relaxation exercises. You are invited to participate as often as you like. This program will take place in the Community Room downstairs unless otherwise noted.

Chess Club

January's meeting of the Chess Club will be held Saturday, January 5th at 10 AM.

Join us for Chess Club the first Saturday of each month! Chess Club will meet from 10:00 am - 1:30 pm. A Chess Coach will be available at every meeting to teach and answer any questions. Chess sets will be provided. Tournament boards and refreshments available. Call the library for more details at 740-676-9421. Ages 12 to adult are welcome.

Local History Winter Lecture Series

In a joint effort to promote awareness of the rich Ohio Valley history, The Bellaire Public Library and The Great Stone Viaduct Historical Education Society are once again teaming up to sponsor the Local History Winter Lecture Series.  This well-attended lecture series is now in its fourth year.  Lectures are scheduled each Wednesday during the months of February and March at 6:00 p.m. in the library’s community room. Light refreshments are also provided.
