PROGRAMS FOR KIDS:


Lil' Bookworm Story Time is for kids ages 3 to 5Lil' Bookworms Story Time

Join us Monday nights at 5:30 pm for a story and a craft with Miss Bri. Lil' Bookworms is targeted toward children ages 3-5. There is a limit of kids per story time, so registration is required. You can register at the circulation desk during regular library hours or by calling the library at 740-676-9421. These story times are held on the lower level in the children's area.

The 2024 Summer Reading Program theme is "Adventure Begins at Your Library." Camp out with a good book at BPL - you never know what magical adventures you will encounter!

Great Stone Viaduct Winter Lecture Series for AdultsGreat Stone Viaduct Winter Lecture Series

Since 2012, the library has partnered with the Great Stone Viaduct Historical Education Society on a Winter Lecture Series. These programs are held on Wednesday nights at 6 pm in the Community Room on the lower level of the Library throughout the months of February and March.

2024 marks the 12th year the Library has partnered with the GSV to bring the Winter Lecture Series to BPL.
