Join Our New Book Club! Bookaholics Anonymous

Stop in at the Bellaire Public Library at any time to sign up for the Bookaholics Anonymous Book Swap. What is Bookaholics Anonymous Book Swap, you ask? It's our new book club where you drop recommend a book for someone else to read and then randomly pick someone else's recommendation. Then, at a potluck lunch at the Library, everyone will tell the group which books they read, and why they did or didn't like it. Will you dare to reveal you were the one that recommended the book? Those that recommended the books will have the chance to defend their choices or share their praise. Bring notes on your read and a dish to share. You don't have to have BPL library card to be a member, but it will help quickly get a copy of the recommended book. Want to get at library card with us? We can make that happen. Just bring two forms of ID into the library and someone at the front desk will get you set up!
