Overdue threshold and bill threshold are the same as for any borrower which is 10 cents per day up to the cost of the book. If after the card has been renewed three times (270 days), without incident, or after the patron has secured a permanent address, the restrictions are lifted allowing the patron to check out DVDs, CDs and other audio formats.
